The goal was to keep the user experience simple while using cloud-native AI services behind the scenes to automate work that would otherwise feel slow, manual or repetitive.
The customer did not need to understand the AI. They needed the product to feel easier.
The Execution
The platform integrated AI capability through secure cloud API endpoints and placed it directly inside the user workflow.
The broader platform was designed, hosted and operated in Australia, with ongoing decisions made across product design, architecture, hosting, security, support and maintainability.
The Results
The result was a live Australian SaaS platform that used AI-enabled automation to improve the customer experience without forcing users to deal with technical complexity.
The platform also gave Innovate Design Build direct product ownership experience: not just advising on software, but carrying the consequences of architecture, hosting, support, cost and technical debt.
